Filming starts next week after the poster was shown at Punjab University, but the story is still being kept secret.

Shaan Shahid, Sadia Khan, and Mikaal Zulfiqar come together for the upcoming project Pashmina.

Shaan Shahid, Sadia Khan, and Mikaal Zulfiqar are teaming up for the new film Pashmina, and filming will start next week. This news came after the movie's poster was revealed at Punjab University.

The three actors each posted about the project on their Instagram, saying they're excited and that production is beginning.

Pashmina is produced by Shazad Rafique, but the story, director, and release date haven't been announced yet. Also, details about the characters and what roles the actors will play are still unknown.

Zulfiqar shared a post about the film's opening ceremony, writing, "My upcoming feature film Pashmina Opening Ceremony. #ShehzadRafiq #PunjaFilmFund #PunjabUniveristy Shoot starts next week.. wish me luck."

Sadia Khan also posted Instagram stories from the event, saying she was thankful to be part of the project.

"I am grateful to the whole Pashmina team for being part of this wonderful journey. Today's announcement at Punjab University marks the start of something truly special," she wrote.

Khan then shared a photo with Zulfiqar and added, "I am excited to work with you once again."

The two actors have worked together before in the TV drama Laa, the historical film Huey Tum Ajnabi (2023), and the PrimeFlix series Kon Sitaray Chu Sakta Hai.

While the film's plot and creative specifics are still secret, its cast includes performers with experience in both Pakistani films and TV. Shahid's long movie career is matched by Khan and Zulfiqar's work in both areas.

Shahid made his film debut in Bulandi in 1990 and has since built a career in acting, writing, and directing. His credits include Khuda Kay Liye, Waar, and Zarrar, with his roles often linked to action and social themes. His recent films include Bullah and Psycho, both released in 2026.

Khan became famous on TV, especially for her role as Emaan in the drama Khuda Aur Mohabbat. She later appeared in films like Abdullah: The Final Witness and the historical romantic drama Huey Tum Ajnabi.

Zulfiqar started in modelling before becoming a TV actor. His drama credits include Diyar-e-Dil, Shehr-e-Zaat, and Sang-e-Mar Mar, while his films include Cake, Sherdil, and Huey Tum Ajnabi.

For now, Pashmina has given viewers a first look at its cast, with more details about the story, creative team, and release plans still to come.
