A recent complaint submitted to the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has brought forward a series of serious allegations involving Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) member Saqib Chadhar, his wife Samaira Khan, actress Momina Iqbal, and several members of her family.

According to the report, Saqib Chadhar and his wife provided a detailed account of their interactions with actress Momina Iqbal, claiming that their association began in 2020. Chadhar stated that over the years they developed a close relationship and remained in regular contact. He further alleged that they traveled together on numerous occasions, both within Pakistan and to destinations abroad.

In his statement, Chadhar claimed that during the course of their relationship, important information regarding Momina Iqbal's personal history was not disclosed to him. He alleged that both the actress and her family concealed details about her previous marriage and subsequent divorce. According to Chadhar, he only became aware of these matters later. He stated that this revelation significantly affected his trust and confidence in the relationship.

Chadhar maintained that after learning about the undisclosed information, he decided not to proceed with any plans of marriage. He said that the relationship eventually came to an end in August 2025. According to his account, the decision to separate was made after considerable disagreements and growing concerns regarding honesty and transparency.

Momina Iqbal Case

The complaint also contains allegations involving financial matters. Chadhar claimed that Momina Iqbal's sister, Rimsha Iqbal, subjected him to pressure and blackmail. He alleged that she demanded money from him and that he was forced to transfer approximately 10,000 Australian dollars as a result. These allegations have not been independently verified, and no court has yet ruled on the claims.

In addition to the alleged payment, Chadhar stated that he had provided significant financial assistance to the family over time. He claimed that he paid around 13,000 Australian dollars toward university-related expenses and educational fees. Furthermore, he alleged that multiple financial transfers were made directly to Momina Iqbal's bank account, amounting to approximately 8.3 million Pakistani rupees. According to his statement, these transfers took place on several occasions during the period of their association.

Another major concern highlighted in the complaint relates to personal digital content. Chadhar claimed that Momina Iqbal's mobile phone contains private photographs and videos involving him. He further alleged that an unidentified individual had threatened to release this material publicly. According to the complaint, the threat has caused significant concern regarding privacy and potential reputational damage.

As a result, Chadhar requested that law enforcement authorities take immediate preventive measures. He asked the relevant agencies to ensure that neither Momina Iqbal nor her sister, Rimsha Iqbal, disseminate or leak any private content allegedly linked to him. He argued that the publication or circulation of such material could cause serious personal and professional consequences.

The complaint also includes allegations concerning interference in Chadhar's marriage. According to his statement, Momina Iqbal was fully aware that he was a married man. Despite this, he claimed that she repeatedly encouraged his wife to seek a divorce. Chadhar alleged that he possesses phone records and communication logs that support his version of events. He stated that these records could be presented before investigators if required.

Meanwhile, another serious allegation raised in the report involves Momina Iqbal's husband, Hamza Habib. Chadhar claimed that Habib threatened him and issued warnings that he interpreted as threats to his life. According to his statement, these threats were severe enough to prompt legal action. He alleged that a formal police complaint has already been registered in Chiniot regarding the matter.

The allegations outlined in the NCCIA complaint have attracted public attention due to the individuals involved and the nature of the claims being made. However, it is important to note that these allegations currently represent only one side of the dispute. As of now, the claims have not been proven in a court of law, and the relevant authorities are expected to review the available evidence before reaching any conclusions.

Legal experts often emphasize that complaints submitted to investigative agencies are preliminary documents intended to initiate an inquiry. Such complaints do not automatically establish guilt or wrongdoing. Any allegations contained within them remain subject to verification through evidence, witness testimony, and formal legal procedures.

In his final remarks included in the complaint, Chadhar asserted that several reports and complaints filed against him contain inaccuracies and misleading information. He claimed that various statements made to law enforcement authorities and the NCCIA do not reflect the true sequence of events. According to him, a number of allegations directed toward him are false and based on incorrect facts.

The matter now rests with the relevant investigative authorities, who will determine whether sufficient evidence exists to support any of the claims raised by the parties involved. Until an official investigation is completed and legal proceedings, if any, reach a conclusion, all allegations remain unproven.

The case highlights the growing role of digital evidence, financial records, and electronic communications in modern disputes. As authorities continue their review, the public will likely await further developments and official statements from all parties concerned.
