Sadia posted two videos on Instagram: one showing a WAPDA office with fans and AC, and another showing a hot classroom full of kids with no fans on. She captioned it, "You decide what this means."

In the video, students said their teacher told them not to use the fans to save electricity. The video also showed that the fan switches in classrooms were disabled.
