Mahira Khan and Wahaj Ali will star together in Green Entertainment's thrilling new show, Mitti De Baway.

The trailer makes it seem like a story where lovers become enemies and then lovers again.

Wahaj Ali and Mahira Khan are working together for the first time in their new show called Mitti de Baway. The trailer came out on Tuesday from Green Entertainment.

Khan plays Billo, a girl who seems in love but becomes a cold-hearted spiritual leader. She is opposite Ali's Baala, the love of her youth who comes back from prison with strong muscles and good shooting skills.

In the trailer, Billo — shown as 19 in 1998 — falls for Baala, whose family is cursed to never have lasting love. Baala goes to jail for a crime not shown, while Billo grows up to lead a group of followers as a spiritual guide.

Then, in 2002, Baala gets out. He's tougher and seems very good with guns, as shown firing at people — or once, getting shot in the back.

Billo, meanwhile, seems to have developed a dislike for her former love. In the trailer, she says, 'I am a big leader now and only a man who is my equal will suit me.'

The two are shown being reunited and it looks like this might turn into a lovers to enemies to lovers situation, but no details of the plot have been made public so far. There is also no word on any release date, with Green Entertainment saying the show is 'coming soon.'

The show is directed by Syed Wajahat Hussain and has been written by Faiza Iftikhar.
